Orders within Australia are sent via standard post
Average Shipping Times: (shipped out of Melbourne, Australia).
*Other Launch and Restock Periods: During new releases, restocks and sale periods please allow an additional 3-5 working days for dispatch on top of the normal shipping times.
*Public Holidays: Not included as business delivery days.

MISSING PARCEL POLICY:
At Muscle House, we take pride in delivering your order safely and on time. In rare cases where a parcel is reported missing, the following policy applies.
1. Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the courier, including cases where a signature or delivery confirmation is recorded, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient.
Muscle House is not liable for parcels that are:
- Marked as delivered to the correct address provided at checkout
- Signed for (by the recipient or someone at the delivery address)
- Left in a safe place as authorised by the customer or courier
2. If Your Parcel Is Marked as Delivered but You Haven’t Received It
If your tracking shows Delivered but you believe the parcel is missing, please:
- Check with family members, housemates, neighbours, or building management
- Check any designated safe-drop locations
- Review CCTV footage if available
If the parcel still cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist further.
3. Courier Investigation
Upon notification, Muscle House will:
- Lodge a formal investigation with the shipping provider
- Request proof of delivery, signature records, GPS delivery data, and driver notes
Please note:
- Investigations are handled by the courier and can take 5–15 business days
- During this time, refunds or replacements are not guaranteed
4. Outcomes of Investigations
- If the courier confirms fault (e.g. mis-delivery or loss), we will offer a replacement or refund.
- If the courier confirms successful delivery, including signature or GPS confirmation, Muscle House is unable to issue a refund or replacement.
5. Fraudulent Claims
Any suspected fraudulent claims, including false reports of non-delivery where proof of delivery exists, may be escalated to the courier and relevant authorities.
Muscle House reserves the right to refuse future service in cases of repeated or confirmed fraudulent claims.
6. Goodwill Gestures
While not obligated to do so, Muscle House may offer a store credit or discount as a gesture of goodwill on a case-by-case basis. This does not constitute an admission of liability.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is correct at checkout. Muscle House is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
8. Additional Protection
We recommend:
- Selecting signature on delivery for high-value orders
- Providing delivery instructions or safe-drop authority where applicable
