Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be confident with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong product.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • In these cases, we will cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item or size, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
