Returns

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong product.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return parcels.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.
Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item or size, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Sale Items & Gift Cards
